Desperately trying to find the name and artist of a Techno/Baseline/Electronic song. I've heard it a few times when i've been out but not been able to find out.

All i know about the lyrics to the song is that is repeats "????? to the bassliners" (i think) quite alot then it goes into a banging techno/baseline beat.
Also, in the middle of the song it says (i think) "all the people in the house say hoooo"

Got a feeling its a uk old school tune but might not be.

Would appreciate it if anyone had any ideas as i love the beat to this
